Healthy Relationships Group
Wednesdays 7pm - 8:45pm, ongoing
Facilitated by Louis Bernstein
A Group for both men and women to explore how we "show up" in the world;
to discover what works / doesn't work in our interactions with others, and
to learn new ways to create Relationships of Intimacy, Authenticity, Trust
and Respect.
Through a combination of facilitated "group process", informational
discussions on relationship dynamics (incl. communication skills,
healthy boundaries, co-dependency, etc.) we will bring in exciting,
experiential processes such as Expressive Arts, Body-Centered approaches
and role play so that group members will have the opportunity to learn who
they truly are, what their underlying needs and desires are, and how to
create satisfying and fulfilling relationships.
Cost for the group is $25-$35 / session (sliding scale), with a minimum
4 week initial commitment. Thereafter, fees are paid on a monthly basis.
